2. Notary Services

  • We provide mobile and in-person notary services as permitted by state law.

  • Clients must present a valid government-issued ID for notarization.

  • Notarization does not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of the contents in a document—only the identity of the signer.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

​

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed.

  • Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If you are late by more than thirty (30) minutes, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled.

4. Fees & Payment

​

  • Service fees will be communicated upfront and must be paid at the time of service.

  • Additional fees may apply for travel, additional notarizations, or after-hours services.

5. Liability Disclaimer

  • GC Notary Service is not responsible for the legality or content of documents being notarized.

  • We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice. Clients should consult an attorney for legal guidance.

6. Website Use

  • You may not use our website for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities.

  • We may update website content and service offerings at any time without prior notice.

7. Governing Law

The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with state regulations.
